We are assisting our client, located in Boston, MA, to search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their Accounting department. Responsibilities of this position will include:
Responsibilities:
Process full cycle invoices - high volume
Perform month end activity
Provide vendor support
Post to the General Ledger system
Weekly check runs
Process expense reports
Enter invoices into accounting system
Requirements:
Experience with AP, high volume is a plus!
Excel and data entry skills
Strong communication skills
