Job Description:

Position title: Manager II, Insight Change Manager

Location: Remote, United States | (Remote)



Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, Communications, or other relevant fields/
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related area.
  • Practical experience, knowledge, and application of change management principles, methodologies, tools.
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented, international, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recognized certifications in Organizational Change Management strongly preferred
  • One full life-cycle of Enterprise Resource Planning implementation strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with information visualization techniques

  • Self-starter with ability to engage and bring others along
  • Outstanding relationship-building, listening and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work in a team environment and to build and maintain collaborative partnerships across organizational boundaries
  • Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong judgment and demonstrated ability to be discreet
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to adapt writing style to appropriate organizational ‘voice’
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment with respect and sensitivity for diversity
  • High level of comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Inquisitive and proactive
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

Required Languages - Fluency in spoken and written English; Spanish and/or French a plus

Travel – Estimated 25%[ travel, including international (e.g. learning events) and domestic (e.g. headquarters meetings)

Internal: Insight project team, Insight Sponsors, Insight stakeholders across the agency, Senior Advisor for Strategy and Change Management

External: Service providers and implementation partners; peer organization staff
