RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Mid Level Product Manager to join their team.

Summary:
This Technical Product Manager (PM) position is responsible for delivering business value via the uninterrupted continuation of critical business systems by facilitating the retirement of legacy components and systems. Within their designated enterprise product line, PMs focus on delivering incremental value by driving product changes and working closely with a team of developers, program managers, and business partners. They support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and support cross-functional product teams. This position will work alongside a Product Manager in the same product space.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in the functional execution of a large-scale platform retirement

  • Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environment

  • Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test driven development, and continuous deployment

  • Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis

  • Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization

  • Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team

  • Experience creating, prioritizing and accepting user stories

  • Experience identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
