Job Description:

Role Summary:


  • Project Management: Lead demand planning, outcome-based project tracing, tracking value associated with development progress for underwriting transformation project

  • Control the product vision and product roadmap by driving a deep understanding of the product and its underlying business processes to advance opportunities to advance organizations strategic goals and vision and to drive business value

  • Drive ideation, analysis and alignment

  • Gain a good understanding of the business problem and the current state business process to help drive the future state and understand all impacted stakeholders and each customer's view of the solution

  • Drive continuous improvements of processes and systems within the organization designed to achieve or exceed business goals through optimal organization performance

  • Implement lean agile framework for handling complex projects through a cross-functional self-organized team using a set of guidelines to help manage project efficiently and effectively

  • Ensure all components of release schedule are adhered to as defined, and proper sign-off is obtained prior releasing changes into production

  • Demonstrate leadership and diplomacy when prioritizing work and negotiating tradeoffs

  • Use data analytics to possess a good understanding of the success criteria and return on investment of each solution

  • Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across the product/portfolio

  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality

  • Communicate work plan, work status and work outcome to stakeholders to ensure trust and commitment to delivering solutions consistent with their needs and constraints

  • Partner with technology teams to support user story refinement to ensure accurate requirements and acceptance criteria align to the business need

  • Participate in reviews and demonstrations to validate that that completed work meets the acceptance criteria and customer needs

  • Operate with concern for the whole product - how it looks, how it works, how it performs, how it positions the enterprise for growth

  • Use qualitative / quantitative data analysis to evaluate value and measure results

  • Conduct necessary meetings and is responsible for schedule and status tracking

  • Conduct presentations regarding initiative or domain product status to cross functional IT teams and business/domain stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to project management process and project documentation standards

  • Create and maintain product backlog

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Project Management or related field desired; Master's degree a plus

  • 4+ years' relevant experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum Master certification preferred

  • Strong technical abilities preferred; proficiency with Excel, SQL, Jira, VBA, Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of PBM, healthcare industry a plus

  • Project management skills using various programs to prepare and execute business plans

  • Experience with project management software to track tasks, risks, dependencies

  • Eager to learn and adapt Domain knowledge and should be able to act as change agent

  • Advanced knowledge of project development, including process mapping, budgeting and timeline creation

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion

  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and some travel requirements

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,800 - 126,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
