Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Serves as a Change Agent, supporting the Schneider Performance System plant readiness activities closing actions required to achieve standard level

  • Collaborates with plant and project team to identify actions between solution and local business requirements

  • Contributes to the resolution of process or project barriers

  • You will ensure a successful transformation for the Engineer to Order (ETO) plants, specifically within the Schneider Performance System (SPS) Readiness Actions , as they move away from legacy systems into the future state, utilizing the latest version of SAP.

  • You will work closely with the plants, the project team and other resources to guarantee that the plant readiness actions have been completed prior to the new ERP implementation.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Manufacturing Engineering experience

  • Agile mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
