The Opportunity: Clinical Operations Manager




Why This Role Is Important



Under the administrative direction of the Executive Director of Procedural and Ancillary Services, the Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for setting the local conditions for our unique culture to thrive through the operations of a comprehensive and digitally innovative way of experiencing and practicing healthcare. The Clinical Operations Manager will be accountable for empowering care teams to be innovative and creative while working through challenges, oversee all day-to-day business and clinical operations for the iCare Tuscan Village ambulatory surgery center.


This role will be responsible for clinical operations of the Four Operating rooms, One procedure room, PACU, central processing, quality and safety, policy and procedure, education and competency organization, budgeting and finances, and daily oversight for iCare Tuscan Village Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Required Experience


• 4+ years experience managing surgical services, preferably at ambulatory surgical centers


• Bachelors degree in Nursing


• Record of data driven decision making and innovation


• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)


• Primary location: on-site Salem NH


• Occasional local travel for management meetings


• Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and extended hours


• Job Type: Full-time
