Our client founded in the early 1990s is a family owned union full service commercial General and Carpenter contractor who performs work in the Greater Chicago area and surrounding suburbs.


They offer a wide range of services in construction management, value engineering and design build who also self perform Metal Framing, Drywall and Carpentry services. They work across abroad range of sectors in both the public and private sectors including the commercial, healthcare, retail and education markets typically ranging $1-$15Million.



Your new role


As the Project Manager you will be responsible for estimating entire projects and then leading on these projects. You will be responsibile for planning, coordinating and implementing the projects from start to finish within the education / residential/ healthcare sectors ranging from $1 M - $15 M.



What you'll need to succeed


5 years+ experience project managing new build/renovation construction projects.


5 years+ estimating experience in metal framing cold form, metal framing take off and rough carpentry, metal stud and carpentry take off.


5 years+ experience of gypsum board systems, cold form metal framing and rough carpentry.


Degree in construction management or construction engineering.

Vehicle allowance between $500 - $700 per month
