Your new role
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, and compliance.
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment and accurate record-keeping.
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct investigations and handle employee grievances.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Develop and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Support professional growth and skill development across the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in real estate or construction.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
