Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager for Strategy to join our Advanced Surgical Technologies team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and market leadership in the field as a part of our vision for One Surgical. As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that address complex business challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the healthcare landscape .

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
