As a Product Development PMO Manager will be responsible for Operations Program Management of EUMDR remediation. You will represent Diabetes Operations team in enterprise and operating unit core teams, manage an operations core team with portfolio managers and ensure all are informed and deliverables met.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Leads overall project portfolio for specific products, including but not limited to geographical expansion, business continuity and Cost Improvement.
  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Creates and Maintain project files for each of projects within the portfolio, including but not limited to Project Kick Off, Project Charter, Daily tracker, Risk Registry, Project Schedule, RACI, e.g.
  • Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Secures project progress and establishes mechanism to prevent any delay or hold due to issues, pending decisions or any other required information.
  • Understanding of the Quality System to allow for appropriate strategies development aligned with applicable process and procedures.
  • Facilitates cross functional discussions for decision making at different stages of the project.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Document and obtain alignment on any project scope change.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required (Engineering preferred) and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Or, Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have


  • EUMDR Experience
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Product Development experience
