The Regional HR Business Partner will partner closely with site managers in the US and APAC, and supervisors to develop and implement HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development, and employee engagement. This individual will also contribute to HR strategy and policy, and manage HR programs to enable the company to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber employees.



Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Provide HR consulting to Managers and Supervisors

  • Partner with leadership to develop workforce and talent plans to meet business goals.

  • Structure design, calibrate talent readiness to fill roles, and support development plans

  • Coach Managers to develop capability in Talent Management and leadership development

  • Contribute to workforce and talent strategy as well as HR policy and program development at the site level

  • Support and deliver training programs

  • Lead LOB-specific HR solutions on leadership/talent development, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness

  • Apply HR policies and advise managers on HR issues including workforce planning, talent and performance management, DEI, and organizational issues

  • Monitor and follow up with annual performance-related initiatives for compliance

  • Strong change management and lead/ support communication efforts including town hall meetings

  • Monitor, understand, and share people metrics trends

  • Direct Managers and Employees to HR Operations (Global Business Services) and coordinate with HR Operations where required to ensure high-quality HR services

  • Partner with COE on programs that support engagement, compensation, DEI and recruiting, etc.

  • Handle escalated Issues from HR Operations (Global Business Services), including escalated employee relations issues including discipline inquiries and terminations

  • Ensure a robust talent pipeline internal and external with a focus on DE&I.

  • Support our company's Diversity initiatives

  • Provide recruiting support for our exempt-level managers This includes building a pipeline by networking, attending events, and joining diverse groups to support DE&I hiring.

  • Perform other duties as assigned




Education and Experience Requirements



Education:


  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field



Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional-level human resources experience

  • Ability to prepare and present management and executive-level reports/proposals

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility

  • Ability to demonstrate high energy and persistence in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong coaching, counseling, and people skills and the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Current knowledge of applicable employment and labor regulations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills - detail-oriented

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including excel and powerpoint

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Familiarity with HRIS functions particularly Workday
