Job Description:
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Maintenance Electrician - Manufacturing Company - Richmond, VA
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 + 8% Bonus, 401k 6% match Medical, Dental, Vision. Merit increase 2023. 15-20 days PTO.

Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
- Manage teams comprising technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations staff.
- Ensure process stability and achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale).
- Own technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment.
- Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems.
- Enhance technical and maintenance skills of shift technicians.
- Represent the department as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in maintaining dedicated equipment.
- Proficiency in AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Planned Maintenance) standards.
- Ability to lead and coach team members.
- Experience in high-speed packaging lines and production equipment.
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, VFD drives, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of industrial 3-phase equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repair skills up to 480V.
- Compliance with safety, health, and food safety standards.
