Day in the life of an Executive Catering Chef:
As the Executive Catering Chef, you will assume the critical role of leading and managing our culinary team, while also being the liaison to our sales and culinary departments to bring our clients' visions to life. Your expertise will drive improvements in processes and the sharing of best practices, fostering innovation and excellence within our culinary operations. You will be a culture champion by creating a positive and nurturing environment, instilling a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. With your experience and leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments, you will adeptly navigate modern cooking techniques, menus, and trends. Your flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends, coupled with a keen sense of urgency and a commitment to teamwork, will elevate our culinary offerings and uphold our reputation for excellence in every aspect of our catering operations.
