Day in the life of a Culinary Operations Manager:
As the Culinary Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison for our culinary team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a strong team culture. Your responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, including creating schedules and prep sheets that will provide clear direction to our production team. In addition to being a culture champion that creates a positive and nurturing environment, your leadership also extends to overseeing the successful execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to prep sheets and collaborating with our procurement team to ensure the timely sourcing of high-quality ingredients, while your involvement in recipe standardization ensures consistency and excellence.
