This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As an HRCC (Hilton Reservations and Customer Care) Learning Manager, you will focus on project management and learning needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum development, and implementation of blended learning programs. On the HRCC Learning team reporting to the Senior Manager, HRCC Learning, you will be responsible for working on several projects, such as new hire training, leadership development, trainer certification, and various ad hoc projects.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Lead the analysis, design, and development of curricula across our HRCC functions that align with performance and organizational goals.
  • Perform vital learning program updates to learning material including PowerPoint presentations, pre-work guides, support documents, and participant guides.
  • Provide excellent service delivery to our Primary HRCC business partners.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with other teams and external vendor partners to ensure the instructional design and training evaluations are relevant and globally applicable.
  • Partner with vendors to manage the entire learning lifecycle, including creating requests for proposals, reviewing vendor options, managing RFPs/SOWs, and providing feedback for vendor-based responses and partner edits.
  • Coordinate with Shared Services and Vendor partner teams to review hiring and upskilling plans.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Analyze reporting to identify training gaps in learning programs and evaluate program effectiveness through training evaluations.
  • Work with business partners to evaluate performance needs, field training requests, and recommend a course of action.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • Three (3) years of professional work experience
  • Two (2) years of demonstrable experience creating learning content using learning authoring tools, e.g. Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management experience involving vendors (vendor management)
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate across multiple teams

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Delivery platforms in a call center environment within a global matrixed organization
