This role will:
monitor program milestones and implementation to ensure on time delivery of strategic laboratory programs.
implement and maintain processes to report updates/escalations to leadership and the broader organization; and
implement and maintain policies, SOPs, and resource material for the end users.
assist with building strategy and communication documentation for executive leadership.

Additional role responsibilities:
Plans and manages multi-functional laboratory development projects and/or several smaller multi-functional laboratory development projects simultaneously, in conjunction with laboratory practitioners.
Coordinates program and project resources to identify the root cause(s) of program and project issues. Develops and manages plans to fix, test, and implement appropriate solutions through completion.
Identifies risk trends and patterns across programs and develops risk mitigation strategies for systemic risks.
Oversees program communication for project team(s) and between project team(s) and executive management.
Creates, conducts, and monitors regular audits. Identifies the need for and implements necessary changes to programs to meet requirements.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
