We are seeking an innovative and passionate Channel Marketing Specialist to join our company and be part of the Growth Marketing team. Our Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies by strategically allocating resources across various marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration goals. This role requires a deep understanding of different marketing channels, data analysis skills, and the ability to optimize channel performance to achieve business objectives. 

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Partner with management to develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration goals. This includes identifying target audiences, defining key messaging, and optimizing channel mix to meet penetration goals.
  • Segmentation: Analyze and categorize our audience base to optimize our marketing strategies and campaigns. Utilize a variety of data analysis techniques to segment our audience into distinct groups based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant factors.
  • Channel Mix Optimization: Maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by strategically allocating resources across various marketing channels, including digital, email, direct mail, SMS and others. This role requires a deep understanding of different marketing channels, data analysis skills, and the ability to optimize channel performance to achieve business objectives.
  • HubSpot Management: Utilize the HubSpot platform (or similar marketing automation tools) to manage and automate marketing campaigns. This includes setting up workflows, email automation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring. Ensure proper tracking and integration with other systems for data analysis and reporting.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the buying funnel. Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and call-to-action buttons to increase conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and analyze data to continually optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance data using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms. Generate reports to track campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other key performance indicators. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously improve conversion rates at various stages of the marketing funnel. Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven optimizations to landing pages, forms, and other conversion points. Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement CRO initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other teams such as sales, product, customer care, and design to align marketing efforts and ensure a seamless customer journey. Collaborate on campaign ideation, content creation, and customer segmentation. Provide input and insights for product and website improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing, direct marketing, automation, and related fields. Continuously learn and explore new tools and techniques to enhance marketing strategies and drive better results.

 

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration, or combination of education and experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Audience Segmentation or Marketing Campaign Management.
  • CRM database or marketing automation platform experience required.
  • Demonstrable experience with influencing acquisition growth with a focus on data. 
  • Market Focus: Able to demonstrate a keen understanding of the available market(s) and how to best reach them, get their attention, and influence their interest in ImOn services.
  • Communication: Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information; talk with customers or clients; listen well.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media, direct response marketing, and marketing principles and functions.
