The Brand Design Specialist will play a key role in advancing the Health Care company's global visual brand identity.
As a key contributor to the Corporate Marketing and Communications Team, this position will support the enterprise through design and consultation and services that empower a consistent and cohesive visual expression of our brand across touchpoints and experiences.
As a Brand Design Specialist, you will also place a high focus on the development and application of packaging style guides in collaboration with packaging operations team to ensure alignment to enterprise brand standards.
The creation of packaging artwork files of various sizes, formats and structures in manner aligned to our brand guidelines will be your primary focus.
At times, this position may also be required to support design projects or consults specific to the launch of our new brand.
The development of strong relationships with cross-functional teams to act as a champion for brand and design is a requirement.
Skills:
Product packaging design experience
Skilled designer with expert command of all Adobe Creative suite products.
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and stakeholders at once without sacrificing quality.
Expertise in specialized design skills such as 3D renderings and illustrations is an asset.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Handles a wide variety of inquiries and challenges where the solution is not immediately apparent; has confidence navigating ambiguity while also being a self-starter
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of graphic design experience in a private, public, government or military environment
