Function as a program manager for a subset of projects (~3) within the larger automation program. It is undetermined if this project manager will specifically support HR automation projects (a software implementation and chatbot build), or another area (surgical specialties, pharmacy, etc.). The PM will be the key point of contact for the assigned projects, and required to provide regular updates to the automation program leadership.

Skills:

Hospital/clinical healthcare experience is required.
Technology implementation experience is required with knowledge of healthcare landscapes
Need to manage stakeholders and gain consensus across divergent needs and interests.
