Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years work experience


• Agile transformation expertise


• Experience coaching Agile methodologies and practices


• Sufficient technical depth to proactively identify/support risks and barriers with workstream


• Strong communication skills


• Strong bias for action


• Experienced team leader capable of assessing team progress and motivation


• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills


• Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable and effective workplace
