Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking to welcome one AM and one PM Cashier/Deli Attendant to their MainStreet Market team! As an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel, guests have access to exclusive Disney benefits including being directly connected to Disney Springs® via Pedestrian Skybridge.

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Rate of pay: $13.00 per hour plus tips.

Shift Pattern: AM schedule: starting at 5AM, 6AM or 7AM and finishing by 1.30PM, 2.30PM or 3.30PM / PM Schedule: starting at 2PM, 3PM or 5PM and finishing by 10.30PM, 11.30PM or 1.30AM - Weekends and Holidays as needed.

A Cashier/Deli Attendant is responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cashier/Deli Attendant, you would be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a supervisor, if necessary
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
