100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at 202 S. Park St. in Madison, WI but will eventually transition to Eastpark Medical Center on Madison's east side in Fall 2024.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


  • Assist with the management of patients undergoing evaluation and management of pelvic floor conditions.
  • Perform telephone triage, assist with MyChart, perform in-person nurse visits, post-op follow-up, patient education and chart review.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families.

Education :

Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing.

Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience :

Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred - Relevant RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
