OBJECTIVE
Under supervision, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with projects and initiatives related to Wheels Information Technology. They should be technically adept, well organized, and able to take work instruction, ask questions to ensure clarity, and work within the team to complete the assigned tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Adept in technology, curious about learning more.
Ability to effectively assess the nature of issues, working with various end-users within the company
Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues through to resolution
Ability to document status of projects in both verbal and written form
Ability to comply with IT processes and procedures
Effectively provide support to users face to face as well as remotely as needed
Ability to follow ITIL processes including Asset Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and others.
Liaise with various internal and external technical support teams as needed
Work under the direction of IT Management to deliver allocated project work packages/tasks. Familiarity with formal IT Project Frameworks is a plus
Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency
Tasks will include:
Coordinating a full cycle project (Migration to Mobile BYOD)
Assisting with implementation of telecommunication solutions (Call Center and MS Teams Calling)
Learning about IT Processes and assisting in developing training for Problem, Change and Asset Management
OTHER DUTIES
Participate in status calls with Vendors, Clients and LPUS stakeholders.
Participate in Major Incident Management
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday on a shift schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time
