CSA is currently seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to provide direct support to a government client in NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
Analyze, procure, and track SE and related logistics elements (publications, etc.) delineated within the Program.
Perform case-specific SE research under the direction of the LKE Weapons System Manager (WSM) and Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM).
Conduct Market Research required to procure assets delineated within the LOA.
Maintain an action item tracker for all program-related tasks. Alert the WSM/ILSM of any schedule slippages.
Provide technical support for system/design requirements determination and SE acquisition.
Support preparation of all acquisition documents for the procurement of new, COTS/NDI, and modified SE end-items including technical specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Participate in program meetings, phone-cons and conferences. Execute assigned action items on schedule.
Engage educational tools (DAU) to remain current on acquisition policies and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills required to communicate internally.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
Clearance: Ability to obtain an interim Secret Clearance
Must have a high school diploma
MS Office Suite proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience in MS Project is highly desired.
What Sets You Apart:
At least four (4) years of experience preferred in conducting analytical studies applicable to ILS and demonstrated ability to conduct studies, analysis, or evaluations of DoD weapon Systems/equipment preferred
Willingness to work on-site
Knowledge of DoD Weapon Systems/Equipment
Strong customer service experience
