We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Assistant for a growing organization near Fontana, CA. The ideal candidate is adaptable to a fast paced environment, and proficient with Excel.
Location: Fontana, CA
Pay rate: $25.00-28.00/hour+ DOE
Schedule: M-F; 8AM - 5PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide HR Administrative support to HR Manager
Prepare reports providing compensation data to management for upcoming requisitions
Arranges hiring interviews to include prepare interview questions and packets
Update all agency job descriptions and confirm physical requirements.
Scheduling, and onboarding/orientation support
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Must have 2+ years of HR experience
Experience with compensation analysis is a plus
Must have knowledge on HR laws and experience with compliance
Good computer/MS software knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
