This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team known for its industry leadership and impressive clientele. It is prefferred that the role sits in San Diego, but it can also in Del Mar or Irvine. The role has a hybrid work schedule and a 37.5 work week.

What the Role Offers:
Competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
3+ years of experience working in real estate at a law firm
Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate
Responsibilities:
Creating and reviewing various real estate documentation
Supporting real estate-related applications for final subdivision public reports
Assisting with due diligence activities
Drafting and revising purchase and sales agreements
Filing and managing real estate documents
Researching title issues
Entity formation and filings
