Established company is seeking a bilingual receptionist to start immediately in the greater Pasadena, CA area! Pay: $18-20/hr.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries
Handle/process mail and packages
Data entry, filing, schanning, and maintaining office supplies
Provide excellent customer service and assist with any visitor access
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual spanish
Previous office experience required
Strong verbal and written communication
Knowledge with Microsoft Office and computer proficient
