Infosys is seeking an OT Lead Consultant. In this role, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Industrial Automation

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of experience with Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution systems and ERP
• At least 7 years of experience in experience in Industrial protocols like Modbus, Ethernet IP, OPC UA
• Should have experience in PLC programming for controllers like Rockwell, Siemens etc.
• Should have very good understanding of machine signals (AI/DI), IOT gateways, IO Panels
• Good knowledge/experience in Kepserver/opc UA
• The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in MES architecture and design with sound understanding of Master Data Management, MBOM, Operations, Routing, Work Instructions, Checklists, equipment , materials.
• The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in Discrete manufacturing and should have worked in Digitization projects that involves integration of SCADA, MES and ERP.
• Work closely with Customer to gather requirements of solution to be developed that involves MES, ERP and SCADA. Should play a role as Solution Architect.
• Should have worked in global environment Onsite and offshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirements to offshore team and guide them.
• Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
