Is the Sales Development Program right for you?

This role aims for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today's fast-paced sales environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of our Customer Leadership Organization within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various sales settings.

This program is structured to last 2 years and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You can expect several rotations through key areas of the Sales organization, such as: customer facing experience, analytics, business reviews, category management, revenue management, shopper marketing, and sales operations. You can also expect to:


  • Gain hands-on sales experience working with customers

  • Receive coaching and guidance from a program manager, functional manager and mentor to excel your development for future roles

  • Learn our business, interact with internal and external customers, and build an extensive network within the organization

  • Develop and deliver presentations demonstrating knowledge acquired and results delivered

  • Build skills in areas such as pricing, relationship management, negotiations, time management, and strategic business planning

Do you have what it takes?


  • You will complete your Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related program of study no later than June 2024 (January start dates available for December grads)

  • You have general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes

  • You desire to be a leader and grow within the Sales function

  • You have the flexibility to relocate during and after the program

  • You can travel as needed

  • You have proven leadership abilities (i.e. collaboration, influencing & problem solving skills)
