About the Team
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst to work in the exciting area of the Customer Experience (CX) Delivery Systems Team. The individual will develop, interpret and implement Resource models for the Global Modeling and Staffing Tool (GMAST). This role will be the primary lead responsible for the technical design and implementation of new Adaptive Insights models as well as ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the current system.About the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading Resource Staffing and modeling in Adaptive Insights including agile model development, data organization, security, data integrity and supporting on-going enhancements for all Resource Management teams.
Evaluating business processes and developing process improvements with focus on optimizing use of Adaptive Planning.
Working closely with Resource Managers to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing.
Managing transformational projects end to end; ensuring coverage of all facets of design, build, test and deployment aligned to a successful end-user experience.
Providing guidance to Resource Managers team members, Workday managers and employees on the use of Planning systems.
Performing technical analysis to determine present and future performance.
Advising Workday leadership on Adaptive Insights modeling and reporting best practices and industry standards.
Evaluating features and working closely with the Resource Management partners to determine features to enable.
Performs monthly/quarterly audits
About You
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or related area.
Minimum of 7+ years of directly related experience working with financial planning systems, particularly in Adaptive Planning or other - e.g., Anaplan.
Strong hands-on experience building and supporting complex planning and consolidation models.
Working SQL proficiency.
Other Qualifications:
Strong understanding of data integration between systems and/or experience working with IT.
Knowledge of ERP and Financial Planning software and ability to operate as the Subject Matter Professional on Financial Systems.
Solid understanding of Finance, Payroll and HR business processes and their interdependencies.
Project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage Resource processes and/or technology projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex information into working Adaptive models.
Experience designing reports and dashboards to Resources Plan Models.
Proven ability to work independently and with higher levels of management.
