Complete Building Services is hosting an All-Day Open House Hiring Event Friday, April 26, 2024 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Residence Inn Arlington, Ballston located at 650 N. Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22209 Complete Building Services

We are hiring for the following positions:

• Hotel Chief Engineer
• Hotel Maintenance Mechanic

Qualifications

Chief Engineer's should have:

• 3-5 years working in a Hotel as a Building Engineer or Chief Building Engineer
• Universal CFC/R-410A
• Must possess excellent customer service skills

Maintenance Mechanic's should have:

• Universal CFC/R-410A
• Prior hotel experience a plus
• Must be able to work all shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
• Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
• Possess excellent customer service skills
