Job Description:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.


This is a contract role that is covering a leave through September 2025.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with managers and leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Provide expert employee relations support, including policy implementation, interpretation, and enforcement.

  • Conduct thorough employee investigations and partner with Employee Relations where necessary to resolve disputes.

  • Support business goals by enhancing organizational effectiveness, performance, retention, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to optimize people resources and align them with business needs.

  • Engage with employees at all levels to build and maintain a strong relationship network and monitor organization dynamics.

  • Proactively identify and address employee concerns and patterns of issues that may impact business goals.

  • Lead change management efforts and design processes to prepare employees for ongoing transformation.


Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of eight years of HR experience, with at least five years in HR Business Partner roles.

  • Proficiency in core HR functions including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.

  • Previous experience in talent management and succession planning preferred.

  • Strong influencing skills and ability to make tough decisions with professionalism.

  • Consultative approach with a track record of building credible relationships.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, with multi-jurisdiction experience preferred.
