Beacon Hill's west-metro client is hiring for a Client Service Associate. The ideal candidate has worked in the financial services/investment industry and has familiarity with terminology. This is a fully onsite position with hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
Efficiently manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.), demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
Assist in client service tasks and meeting preparation, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Maintain office supplies and the cleanliness and organization of the office space, fostering a productive work environment.
Provide comprehensive support to our team of professionals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Undertake additional projects and office/administrative duties as required, exhibiting flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
Dependable with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work output.
Proficient in multitasking and time-management, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills, dedicated to delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
Proficiency in learning computer programs and systems essential for the job, adapting quickly to technological advancements.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information, maintaining utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Prior experience in financial services and professional environments is advantageous, though not required.
Bonus points for familiarity or experience with Charles Schwab.
