We are working with a National Law Firm with an office in the heart of Miami. They are seeking a Paralegal/Legal Secretary to work closely with one of their Defense Partners. This firm offers a very flexible work arrangement once the employees' probationary period is met, along with medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and a relaxed, friendly work environment. Minimum of 4 years of third party insurance defense and trial experience is required for this role.
The candidate must have experience working with carrier guidelines, carrier reporting/vendor requirements;
Experience with reviewing files to ensure reporting deadlines are met, litigation deadlines are met;
Experience with preparing cases for trial (compiling exhibits, complying with trial orders, etc.)
ECF Filing (State with Federal a plus)
Must be able to work in a high volume caseload atmosphere;
Must have excellent oral and communication skills.
Must possess excellent organization skills, critical thinking skills and be able to multi-task; and work in a team oriented environment.
