Executive Assistant to $100K Plus Bonus!



A private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will be providing dedicated support to a team of professionals and provide coverage for other Executive Assistants during their absences. Specific duties will include assisting with calendar scheduling, travel and meeting logistics; arranging and coordinating meetings, venues, vendor management; preparing meeting materials and arranging necessary audio and visual equipment; preparing expense reports; and handling special projects as needed. The qualified candidate must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy with a detail-oriented and proactive work ethic; will demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills; proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite; and will preferably have five or more years of previous work experience, ideally within the finance industry.
