Responsibilities

  • You will the key connection between strategic product leaders and engineering to ensure the product capabilities needed to achieve outcomes are developed timely and accurately.
  • Assist in feature definition and development for core platform components (commuter, reporting, admin portal, customer service tools and more.)
  • Act in a project management role for large cross-functional projects with other InComm teams.
  • Support the sales team, marketing team and customer success team in the efforts to grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Help drive compliance initiatives and reporting activities including key product metrics.
  • Work with one or more engineering teams to deliver timely, quality releases that provide high business value and exceed customer expectations.
  • Become the primary source for user story details
  • Support the effort in gathering and breaking down feature requirements into deliverable product increments.
  • Help develop and implement operational policies & procedures to support the Client Success and Operations teams in providing a five-star experience to members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years product management experience
  • Consumer Directed healthcare experience in Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts and other spending accounts preferred
  • Strong technical understanding and attention to technical detail
  • Proven ability to perform as a key member of product teams
  • Experience working in an Agile software environment
  • Experience in managing process improvement efforts
  • A self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to handle broad-based complex information and synthesize to short, concise actionable items, where applicable
  • Strong computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
