This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone eager to influence individuals' careers and contribute to our company's culture directly. You'll manage the day-to-day of our recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience at each step of our hiring process.


As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking two (2) passionate Talent Acquisition Partners to join our team.


  • Talent Acquisition Partner 1 will support our Corporate, Atlanta-GA, Indianapolis-IN, Maryland/Delaware, Nashville-TN, N. California, S. California, Phoenix-AZ, and Virginia divisions.

  • Talent Acquisition Partner 2 will support our Raleigh-NC, Charleston-SC, Myrtle Beach-SC, Orlando-FL, Dallas-TX, Houston-TX, San Antonio-TX, and Las Vegas-NV divisions.

This role will be based out of our Atlanta, GA HQ with a flexible hybrid schedule. Occasional travel will be necessary to foster relationships with business partners and stay informed about local market dynamics.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities




  • Creating an inviting first impression for our candidates, by acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, authentically sharing information about our culture and organization.

  • Managing requisitions for key customer facing roles and ensuring a planful, positive candidate experience by sourcing, conducting phone screenings, managing candidate flow in iCIMS, and providing timely updates on status.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and skill sets necessary to achieve business objectives through intake/calibration calls.

  • Ability to set expectations with hiring managers as well as candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Partnering with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver interview training content.

  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports.

  • Researching local hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment practices to drive innovation and enhance recruitment efforts.

  • Assisting the HR team with onboarding, orientation, job fairs, and/or other projects as needed

Education & Experience




  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a recruiter in a corporate HR department or recruiting agency, with a focus on full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.

  • Previous experience utilizing popular job posting and professional networking sites (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to (re)prioritize and multitask effectively, picking up where you left off without missing a beat

  • Quick learning ability, with a knack for understanding upstream/downstream implications.
