The base salary range for this position is $66,597 to $86,576 and is dependent upon experience.




JOB SUMMARY:



Supports the processes of service work, service administration, field planning, trouble calls, and the stock room. Assists the Supervisor C&M with organizing and prioritizing the daily job and crew assignments. Can independently perform all routine planning activities. Provides support in a designated role of the Storm Emergency Plan.



MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(% of Time, Primary / Secondary)


1. Assists the Supervisor C&M in assigning daily job and crew assignments, submits and maintains files for Claims and employee training. Follow up with the Energy Control Centers regarding daily crew assignments. (30%,P)


2. Respond to customer requests regarding a job. Assists the Supervisor C&M in monitoring and documenting the progress of a job on the Work Management System (WMS). Utilize the equipment database for the reservation of specialized equipment. Resolves customer requests. (60%,P)


3. Accesses and tracks work requests in progress on WMS. Provides support during emergencies and outages. (10%,S)


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Skills/Abilities:



-Computer skills: CMS, MS Word and Excel Spreadsheets, CSS, WMS, and MMS


-Strong verbal and written communication skills


-Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills



Experience/Training:



-2 years of related experience


-Knowledge of engineering and construction policies and procedures


-Knowledge of field construction and maintenance


-Knowledge of company construction standards, field operating procedures, safety rules


-Knowledge of gas and electric design sketches


-Familiar with federal and state laws regarding hazardous waste



Required Education:



High School Diploma or GED
