Responsible for managing office administrative and maintenance tasks such as operating our small company store, ordering supplies, working with buildings, equipment, and grounds maintenance companies to keep the company standards in order to control operating cost. Responsible for training mechanics and other maintenance personnel. - High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years maintenance experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Highly motivated, and capable to address issues with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree- Communicate with fellow supervisors and managers on daily operational activities
- Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas
- Work closely with the Planner /Scheduler to ensure all weekly preventive maintenance is completed
- Ensure all corrective work orders are completed timely at 100% accuracy
- Oversee the maintenance testing records
- Track cost associated with warehouse maintenance using technology and systems
- Assist operations to determine root causes for damage/maintenance and recommend changes
- Maintain all required documentation to successfully pass all federal, state, local, and internal audits, and inspections
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and repairs to equipment and HVAC systems and any renovations activities to assure quality and cost-effective workmanship
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and common areas
- Manage equipment and supply needs, including coffee, paper goods, office supplies, furniture, kitchen appliances, and office equipment

- Place lunch orders for internal meetings

- Book travel and manage receipts for executives according to Kroger policies
- Act as a liaison between vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers
- Maintain Badge and Camera system, HAVC, Electrical system, and fire Extinguishers
- Be on call 24/7, maintain the alarm system and respond to all alarm situations
- Distribute and maintain daily incoming and outgoing mail including packages
- Perform daily walk through of the building and safety checks for anything suspicious
