Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Senior Tax Manager in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).

Summary:
The client is a leading investment management company that is currently growing. They are a dynamic company and have a great employee culture. This client works in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Senior Tax Manager will review tax workpapers and tax returns


• Review state risk analysis workpaper


• Review tax return filings documentation


• Analyze legal documents to determine tax implications


• Manage responses to tax notices and tax refunds


• Review quarterly and annual tax estimate workpapers


• As a Senior Tax Manager, you will manage CPA team


• Monitor project tracker


• Coordinate completion of long-term tax projections

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Business


• 5+ years of related experience


• Experience in partnership tax


• Strong skillset in Excel


• Strong skillset in financial systems


• Excellent communication skills


• Experience in Big 4 and industry a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
