Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Senior Analyst Data Governance responsible for leading and directing the development of comprehensive data governance solutions, as well as the implementation of data quality solutions for the business.

Responsibilities:


  • Solves data integrity issues, makes data quality improvements, and establishes metrics for critical data tracking

  • Develops and implements new data governance projects to ensure enterprise data is trusted, connected, accessible, and of the highest quality

  • Interacts with business leaders and data shepherds across the enterprise, and guides users in getting the most out of the organization's data governance program and platform







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Experience in the healthcare data field is required

  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and/or data profiling is strongly preferred

  • Experience with data governance platforms and Tibco EBX; Plus Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Suite

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with both business and technical teams

  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and the underlying data needs filled by those processes

  • Experience creating detailed requirements documents, design documents, and workflows

  • Willingness to take on business/data analysis tasks as well as project management, technical writing, training, and leadership tasks as needed

  • Ability to understand and analyze user requirements as they relate to organizational goals and objectives

  • Ability to present across a multi-functional executive group

  • Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of management and team members






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
