RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Medallia Consumer Experience Data Analyst to help with data analysis and partnering with Voice of Consumer, Medallia. This person will need to have basic SQL query knowledge and a background in Customer Experience. The Medallia Consumer Experience Data Analyst will be building dashboards and doing data analysis and customization in Medallia.

Summary:
The Medallia Consumer Experience Data Analyst will be responsible for understanding and analyzing a variety of data inputs and research related to key consumer promise and aspirational initiatives. The right candidate will translate and talk about product vision and present their findings in PowerPoint and Excel to key stakeholders to help improve consumer experience. This role will also help train team on use of Medallia.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Medallia certifications are a strong plus


• Medallia experience


• Experience working in an enterprise level organization


• Experience building and customizing dashboards


• Data analysis experience through Medallia


• Basic SQL query and database knowledge


• VOC experience


• Local to Orlando, FL area; This will be a hybrid position

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
