Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accountant in Chesterfield, MO.

Accountant Essential Functions:

• Monthly Bank reconciliations


• Recording daily, weekly, and monthly transaction activity in Net Suite


• Maintaining all AP and AR records, including managing payment third party vendors


• Coordinating and monitoring daily integrations of contract data into NetSuite; Including investigating and resolving any issues


• Running month end close process, including all account reconciliations and needed adjustments


• Working closely with other accounting team members on related company transactions


• Producing monthly financials, with particular emphasis on financial trends and related analytics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting plus 3-years of experience


• Strong Excel skills


• Familiar with NetSuite


• Knowledge and application of GAAP accounting to EGV's business model

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
