We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled individual to join our Omnichannel Ecosystem team as the WebWorld Technical Product Lead within the US Oncology Business Unit (OBU). You will be crucial in providing technical product management expertise in driving the seamless operation and continuous development of "WebWorld" - our dynamic and hyper-personalized web portal. Your responsibilities will encompass the innovation, ideation, and conceptualization across back-end, middleware, front end of WebWorld as part of the omnichannel ecosystem, and managing the timely creation of various campaign components, including event landing pages, brand pages, and other Oncology-specific dynamic, and customer centric portals.
Accountabilities:
Technical Product Management Expertise: Provide end-to-end delivery ownership, scope product requirements, prepare budget, develop a detailed roadmap plan and monitor progress, collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement capabilities, deliver on time ensuring quality standards are met, develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications, define, ensure and measure success metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with the agile framework to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and prioritize development tasks accordingly.
Customer Centricity: Deliver exceptional UI/UX experience. Perform feasibility analysis to outline product scope and maintain transparency and collaboration. Understanding stakeholder needs with agility to accept and adapt change requests.
Data Structures and Interfaces: Take ownership of the technical aspects related to internal data structures, processes, and interfaces within the WebWorld as well as data coordination with 3rd party media (content management & distribution). Continuously improve and optimize these aspects to enhance system performance. Engage and plan enhancements based on current Tech Stack and look for sustainable scalability with new technology whilst enhancing customer engagement with WebWorld.
Troubleshooting and Communication: Conduct structured function tests to identify and resolve issues in the web portal. Maintain transparent communication, including reporting to the works council technical committee, in the event of changes to the system landscape.
Governance, Compliance, and Cybersecurity: Ensure integrations with MLR processes and compliance with all governance requirements (ex. retention policies monitoring), particularly cybersecurity measures to safeguard the integrity and security of the web portal. Act as a liaison between the internal and external leads to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Management of Vendors/Suppliers: Oversee and coordinate vendors and AZ IT, especially in regards to server hosting and other relevant services, to ensure the efficient operation of the web portal.
