The Role
The Associate Director, Translational Medicine (TM) is a member of the TM team, which is embedded in the global Translational Research & Precision Medicine Department. The TM team focuses on preclinical and clinical translational research to advance the clinical development of innovative and differentiated antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. Our goal is to improve the lives of cancer patients by bringing the right drug (or drug combination) to the right patient at the right dose level.
You will drive translational research projects and external collaborations for clinical programs within Genmab. You will work independently and in collaboration with other translational research team members and clinical team to develop, implement, and deliver on research projects to support the translational research strategies for both compound specific programs and on broader clinical translational research projects. You will enrich translational/biomarker projects through interaction with Genmab's Translational Research Department, Discovery and Clinical Teams, as well as external collaborators.

The preferred location for this role is Princeton, NJ but an additional location for consideration is in Utrecht, Netherlands. The candidate can work remotely 40% of the time.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$142,500.00---$237,500.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
