Job Description Summary

This job is designed to manage and assist above property group leads for the managed and franchise organization. This position will support the current organization with entry of leads in our systems, communicate with properties regarding lead assignment, reporting on leads and account cleanliness in our sales systems.

Job Description

Support

• Full entry of Meetings & Events leads in Delphi & Dynamics


• Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding leads promptly.


• Maintain logs of entries and exceptions.


• Identify trends in issues and support calls and identify recommended process changes and system changes to address trends.


• Address hotel questions in regards to lead assignment.


• Upkeep group deployment and account system management .


• Maintain public SOP documentation. (capture new policies & procedures, update platforms).


• Provide monthly reporting.


• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system maintenance to improve data quality.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience
