Qualifications
What you need:
BSN required (CCRN preferred)
Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required upon hire
ACLS must be obtained within orientation
ICU experience preferred
Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
Be comfortable with ventilators, pressors, multiple infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, CVVH
Be a strong patient advocate
Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
