Job Description Summary
Serve as a strategic operations lead for the Central region Executive Managing Director with a keen focus on execution of the region's short- and long-term goals and business strategies. Position reports to Presence Strategic Lead / Central Region Executive Managing Director. Job Description
Responsible for:
Establishing policies, procedures, and ultimately playbooks that drive operational efficiencies across the central region
Region specific project management within the central region (discovery, project plan / roadmap, implementation, change management, reporting and measurement of success)
Partnering with the cross functional groups to advocate for conflict resolution and operational improvements
Reviewing financial results of the various markets and establishing best practices as it relates to monthly financial reporting and overall market performance reviews
Helping to identify barriers or obstacles to success and proposing and implementing creative systematic solutions that mitigate barriers and risks
Helping to drive CW corporate initiatives at the region level and serving as an escalation point for challenges / barriers to success
Partnering with the central region Executive Managing Director to provide leadership updates inclusive but not limited to progress tracking around short- and long-term goals, KPIs, operational risks / opportunities, etc.
Assisting the Presence Tenant Experience platform with key initiatives, operational deliverables, as well as various project related work as needed
Business development related support as needed for both Central Region and Presence platform
indirectly manage the market operational leads to ensure that they are meeting region mandated deadlines, driving operational excellence, mitigating risk, and maintaining financial targets that align with strategic direction established for the central region and national platform
Other related duties as required or requested.

Comfortable with all aspects of project management from the early phases of discovery to the implementation plans and change management across a wide variety of audiences.
