“A Day in the Life”

As the Material Handler you will provide support to the operations and infrastructure of the electronics division, by receiving, stocking, shipping, organizing parts and equipment in the receiving and clean room. You will also maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing of parts and equipment.

“What You’ll Do”


  • Physical unpackaging of equipment for inbound orders

  • Put away assets on the warehouse shelves from carts ensuring accuracy

  • Assist with physical inventories and location audits as needed

  • Receive equipment and parts from customers/vendors and update system accordingly

  • Route equipment and parts to appropriate area

  • General cleaning and other duties as required

“Must Haves”


  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to accurately compare and match small numeric/alpha characters

  • Must have the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced work environment

  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimum supervision or oversight

  • Must be able to climb a ladder, balance and pull inventory from shelves overhead


"Nice to Have"

  • Prior experience working in a Warehouse environment with automated inventory and shipping systems is a plus

  • Ability to operate warehouse tools such as forklift, pallet jack, staple gun, trash compactor preferred

  • Prior experience with RF scanning systems is a plus

Special Considerations:


  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Bending, stooping, reaching, lifting with repetitive activities and standing and walking for long periods of time

  • Must have the ability to work on-site M-F 1:00PM-9:30PM schedule and work occasional overtime when required

The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location.
