HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a well-known Commercial Real Estate investment firm with a focus on Industrial real estate. This company is looking for a Property Manager to add to their team as they are rapidly growing.


Your new role


As the Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of retail assets. You are in charge of managing a team of high-level individuals, managing budgets & reports, overseeing capital projects, and working directly with the tenants.


What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years in Property Management


• Experience with budgets/tax reconciliations/tenant delinquencies/CAM Recs


• Experience with industrial space is preferred


• Ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors


• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Yardi is a plus
